The Client is responsible for all fees related to software, domain name and E-commerce, as listed above. Software will be loaded onto clients computer. The client will have ownership of domain name. The client is responsible for establishing E-commerce and related fees.
A 50% deposit for design costs is required. Payable to Linkgems. Upon completion of Web Site and full payment of design costs, the client will take full control of the web site including appropriate ID and passwords.
